工作职责：
负责原材料质量检验，生产中的产品质量监督，成品的终检；
2、与香港中央质量监督部门沟通合作；
3、根据工作总则执行质检体系；
4、根据一些客观因素评估员工绩效；
5、针对不同层次的质检员实行培训计划；
6、制定高效的质量汇报体系。

Requirements:
1、University degree or technical collage graduate, with 3+year work experience in quality assurance or related management.
2、Basic knowledge about QA system is required.
3、Good skills at staff management, organization, co-ordination and motivate employees
4、Speak and write mandarin, basic verbal English required.
Job Description:
1. In charge of QA department, quality inspection on raw materials, in production, AQL inspection on finished products.
2. Reports to Central Quality Assurance (CQA) department in Hong Kong.
3. Implement QA systems according to group guidelines
4. Assess employee’s performance based on measurable values
5. Work out and initiate training programs for all levels of employees in the department
6. Set up an efficient quality reporting system.
