REPORTS TO:HR Director – Greater China
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement the organization's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.
Implement training program according to Annual Training Plan to improve learners' knowledge, skill and attitude and make behavior and performance change
Analyse and identify the training and development needs of the company and its employees and develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned management and leadership requirement.
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the company's current and future requirement.
Liaise with business managers to implement training, development, and succession plans that are appropriate for their business needs, and consistent with the company's overall training strategy.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure the company receives satisfactory services.
Co-ordinate training tracking according to Training Tracking SOP to reinforce learners' application of what was learned in training to on-the-job behaviors and performance change
Measure training effectiveness according to Training Tracking SOP to improve ROI of training
Develop, implement and revise policies and procedures to attain and m aintain Class A standards in learning and development (e.g.Induction, training register)
Experience and Qualifications:
? A bachelor's degree or above in human resource, business, education, medical, pharmaceutical or equivalent
? 8 or more years experience sa an HR management role,with at least 5 years experience as a Leadership trainer (must) ,plus at least 2 years management experience in the health care industry.
? Strong written and oral communication skills, with high fluency in English and Chinese
