General Requirements & Responsibilities:
Familiar with cost planning, production of bills of quantities, tendering procedure, financial reports, final accounts, cost control, loss & expense claims. Review and verify monthly billings and advise on the anticipated cost information.
The work scope will include but not limited to：
? Management of budget and cost process.
? Review bid process for all construction, developing and renovation unless the Employer's
? Agent get's a written notice signed by the Clients president and vice president not to perform such a process due to lack of contractors, suppliers, etc.
? Establish all required reporting systems, procedures, reports and tools to control and follow up on the procedures.
? Make sure all procedures are implemented.
? Reporting to the president and vice president and issuing monthly status report on schedule, engineering progress, cost, quality and safety.
? Approving contractors and materials payments.
? Joining weekly meetings with the company managements.
? Attend meetings according to the president and vice president request.
? Participate planning and design meetings, construction, all related governments bureau meetings.
? Assist the management in design, construction planning, material purchasing.
? Construction Quality inspection. Notify the client and contractor on each default.
? Value-engineering suggestion.
Qualification:
? More than 10years working experience in residential project;
? Urgency-the ability to meet schedules and deliver quality results in the committed time period;
? Accuracy;
? Ability to handle multiple priorities;
? Flexible;
? Analytical;
? Teamwork spirit;
? Effective communication skills both oral and written English;
? Fluent Chinese.
Salary Package:
? Company would offer attractive package plus accommodation in Ji Nan and a round trip flight betweenShanghaiand Ji Nan each month.
? Salary: no less than 25000 /month+ performance bonus
