Job Scope:

1. Cooperate with sourcing to secure product/process quality, technical and business requirements
2.Assess potential supplier (Gap analysis, pre-auditing) in cross-functional team
3.Define potential supplier profile
4.Report results of the suppliers’ audits
5.Identify needs of corrective actions’ plans, start and follow up identified ones at suppliers’ sites
6.Operate at suppliers’ sites to fulfill company requirements and improve performance

Requirements:

1.University degree in Mechanical Engineering
2.At least 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering area, and 2 years above in supplier quality control
3.Experience in a final inspection area is preferred
4.Understand ISO is necessary and 6sigma is a plus
5.Good command of spoken and written English is a must
6.Rich experience in casting area, and know-how about tooling, molding, processing, programming is a plus
