?Work collaboratively in a team environment to drive the process of supplier industry research to support the implementation of lean purchasing program (FPP, Full Potential Purchasing) implementation; study the cost structure for frequently used engineering materials and transparentize the profitability in the industries, thus to bring a better understanding on our position in the purchasing process.

Typical Responsibilities
?Drive the process of supplier industry research to study the cost structure for key processes in mechanical manufacturing and machining for frequently used engineering materials;
?Make industry player benchmark and clarify the profitability of key suppliers;
?Interact with suppliers to transparentize their real cost and help them to optimize the cost;
?Build up the supplier industry overview and identify the cost/competence/quality relationship;
?Support the FPP (Full Potential Purchasing) team for the implementation of lean purchasing concept and build up “lean” culture in the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications
?Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering;
?Over 3 years experience in Marketing or Purchasing for mechanical industry;
?Proficient in market study, company analysis and industry benchmark;
?Familiar with engineering raw material industries and mechanical processing;
?Good oral and written English; effective communication and negotiation skills;team-working spirit.
